When contacting support, please have your customer ID number ready. This can be found with the system documentation.
Turbo Meeting is the Internet Meeting software that we use for sales and support meeting sessions. Run the installer and when prompted, click on Join Meeting. Tractivity will provide you with a Meeting ID to enter. Then click join meeting.
