Tractivity provides a flexible and modular approach that is easier to implement than conventional ERP systems.  We work with you to develop a configuration that 'fits' your operation, then we schedule blocks of time that best suite your schedule.  Essentially, we walk you through the entire process.

Implementation of the Time & Payroll Module is typically accomplished within 21 calendar days.  During this period both old and new methods are operated.  New customers are up and running the first day or two.  We use the first few days to get everyone accustom to the new method.  We like to span at least one payroll period, so that the hours and business rules can be verified.  Then, we go live and retire the old method.
