TracLink for Cabinet Vision
View Cabinet Vision integration with TracManager
TracLink for Cabinet Vision is used to transfer the material requirements from Cabinet Vision to TracManager.
Once the design is completed, the Cabinet User clicks on the Tractivity Button which launches the Tractivity TracLink for Cabinet Vision program.
Set file path for the Cabinet Vision Report.mdb file and MatSum.mdb files (if they have changed).
Click on Tools to reveal options for importing and make changes if desired.
After choosing options, click the Import button.
The verification screen is presented. Verify or change values as desired. You will notice that there are choices to support both labor and materials. Also, imports may reference existing Tractivity product assemblies for related labor values for any given product. The product assemblies include routing and scheduling information as well as labor definitions.
Materials are automatically associated with the customer job and product items.
The TracManager Purchasing Manager may be used to automatically determine material items to be purchased, view purchasing history and create purchase orders.
