Use On-Screen Takeoff to create your estimate then transfer the estimate to Tractivity where custom features, options and pricing is automatically applied making your estimating process fast and accurate.

On-Screen Takeoff Condition names equate to Tractivity product names. If the condition includes dimension information, the dimensions are transferred to the Tractivity estimate takeoff. Dimensions may also be overridden by including a dimension expression in the On-Screen Condition name.

Override dimensions appear within square brackets separated by the hyphen character. For example:“[60-30-24]” The Tractivity On-Screen Takeoff link provides user selectable choices to define the order of the Height, Depth and Width values within the brackets.

All three dimension values should be set. If a dimension does not apply the unused dimensions should be set to zero. Example: “[60-0-0]”If only partial dimensions are provided such as “[60-30]” the missing dimension will be interpreted as zero Illegal values such as non-numeric characters where dimensions are expected shall be treated as zeros.

If an override dimension is zero and the standard dimension is non-zero, the standard dimension will be used.

If no override dimensions are not supplied, the standard dimensions will be used.

Condition names may not include the square bracket characters. Condition names that include an override dimension are converted into a new condition name that excludes the dimension information. For example “Base cabinet [48-30-30]” becomes “BaseCabinet” with dimensions of 48x30x30.
